  • File is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • Technical issue that prevents proper use of the product

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The product has already been downloaded and used extensively

  • Purchase was made by mistake and files were accessed

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase

  • Required software/device to use the digital file is not available on the customer’s side

  • Any attempt of sharing, reselling, or distributing the product is detected

4. Digital Product Notice

All products sold on Global Digi Hub are digital downloads, and no physical items are shipped. Because of this, refund requests are reviewed carefully.
