Customers may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product or experience any issues.

File is corrupted or cannot be opened
Product is significantly different from what was described
Technical issue that prevents proper use of the product
Refunds may not be granted if:
The product has already been downloaded and used extensively
Purchase was made by mistake and files were accessed
Customer changed their mind after purchase
Required software/device to use the digital file is not available on the customer’s side
Any attempt of sharing, reselling, or distributing the product is detected
All products sold on Global Digi Hub are digital downloads, and no physical items are shipped. Because of this, refund requests are reviewed carefully.
